In April of this year we listed the Hunter estate  residence on Magnolia with Margaret Berg   By early June an offer was received, counter-offers exchanged, and the house was sold.

Margaret, in our opinion, is the epitome of what a professional real estate salesperson should be.  She did everything she told us she would do.  In addition, she did several more things that helped make the house more presentable... items we did not expect nor even thought of asking about.

Margaret's strong point in our case was her communication. She went way beyond anything we have ever experienced in our past real estate transactions. Both families were kept completely informed of everything that transpired.

We did not know Margaret before listing this residence with her but now we feel like we are old friends.  We would without any hesitancy at all, recommend her to anyone we know contemplating any transaction involving the real estate world.  You can also be assured we will not hesitate using her services again.

We wish to take this means to express our great pleasure in having been associated with Margaret Berg the past several months.

We first came in contact with Margaret during an open house for a unit at SusnsetWest.  Although the unit then being offered was not of interest to us, we made known to Margaret our interest in locating at Sunset West and asked that she keep us in mind as a prospective buyer.  During the next few weeks she kept in close contact, informing us of potential vacancies and furnishing much detailed informatioin about previous sales.  In less than two months we were able to complete a purchase agreement on a very desirable unit.

Margaret was also asked to represent us in the sale of our home, which she accomplished to our complete satisfaction.

We have ben most favorably impressed with her gracious and friendly manner, her professional knowledge, and her sincere desire to properly serve her clients.  It seemed that she often anticipated whatever our questions and needs might be and always provided the answers or service quickly, efficiently, and with an air of professionalism one rarely encounters in today's business world.

In our opinion, Margaret is the exception to the expression "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is."  We have found her to be truly as good as she appears to be.  It is difficult to adequately put into words the gratitude we feel for all she has done for us during the purchase of our new home and the sale of our previous one.  She has seen us through these emotionally traumatic months by maintaining frequenst contact and by rendering much more assistance than we could reasonably expect.

We hope that you recognize what a rare and effective associate she is.  Your oganization is indeed fortunate to be represented by Margaret.
